The 2023 CCCU Missions Banquet, sponsored by our Mission Minded Men, will be held on Saturday, April 15th, at 5:00 PM at Crossroads CCCU in Circleville, Ohio.
The 2023 Annual Project is focused on the spiritual, relational, and emotional health of our missionaries. Our goal is to construct a Ministry Retreat Cabin for missionaries at Nipgen Camp that will serve as a haven of rest for missionaries while they are on Homeland Ministry Assignment.
Being a missionary is one of the most difficult jobs on the planet. From being separated from loved ones to dealing with culture shock and differing worldviews in their host culture, to living in places that present unique geographical challenges and prioritizing among many great needs on the field, missionaries face a myriad of challenges. The Ministry Retreat Cabin will be a year-round resource for missionaries and their families, giving them a place and space to connect with God, recharge their body and mind, and make lifelong memories with their loved ones. Specifically, we want to raise $30,000 to help underwrite this project. Our theme is “Haven of Rest.”
We can invest in our missionaries and help build them up spiritually, relationally, and emotionally by supporting the 2023 MMM Annual Project!
Rev. David Engbrecht will speak from his heart about caring for missionaries and inspire you to help fulfill the Great Commission by doing the same. Rev. Engbrecht is the Chair of the World Gospel Mission Board of Directors and Senior Pastor of Nappanee Missionary Church (NMC). He has led NMC to be truly passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission. Each year, NMC supports more than 20 missionaries and 50 national workers, and they give nearly $3,000,000 to missions annually. Rev. Engbrecht played a key role in establishing the Africa Gospel Church Baby Centre in Kenya, Africa. To date, the AGC Baby Center has rescued 464 babies, placed 232 babies with their forever families, and placed 42 babies in foster care.
