Ohio Christian University is proud to present Practical Leadership, with Rev. Mike Holbrook. Practical Leadership is a four (4) hour continuing education seminar for pastors and students on November 2nd, 2012.
Rev. Holbrook will share insights on God's calling for pastors to lead their congregations and will give a practical look at how that manifests itself in the local church. Once we establish that God has called us to lead, the next step is to find the heart of Jesus for our people. Mike will help us understand how to both discover and cultivate this heart. Finally, on the application level, he will discuss how a pastor can develop the requisite people skills needed to effectively lead a congregation.
Admission to the event is free and CCCU ministers who participate will earn one (1) Continuing Education Unit. The seminar will be held in Room 219 of the Maxwell Library, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Pre-registration is not required. For more info, contact Ohio Christian University at 1-877-762-8669.
