Our newest church is Christ Open Bible Church of Christ in Christian Union in Garrison Ky.  Pastor Wilma Erwin and her husband Roger are working together to build a strong congregation. 

Pastor Erwin had a dream of a church in Garrison Ky.  She began to discuss the possibility of a new church with District Superintendent Holbrook and wanting it to be apart of the Churches of Christ in Christian Union.  With much prayer and hard work this dream has become a reality.

Facts and Information

The first service was held in house on August 12^th 2007 with 15 in attendance.

On October 28^th Mike Holbrook held a special service to establish the Christ Open Bible Church and brought in 13 new members.

On November 11^th Christ Open Bible held their last service in the house.

 On November 16^th papers were signed for the purchase of a building for worship.

The church held their first Christmas Dinner on December 23^rd with 42 people.

Through the month of January the church has had over 90 different people to attend and ran 41 in the AM services and 44 in the PM services during the month.

Please pray for Christ Open Bible Church, Pastor Wilma Erwin and Roger who is assisting her, and the congregation as they strive to build God's Kingdom and reach the lost for Christ.
