The West Central District met on Saturday, July 8th, 2023, for its 43rd annual District Council at Heritage CCCU in Washington Court House, Ohio. Ministers, delegates, and district officials elected officers for the coming Council terms. Many significant votes were taken. Results are listed below.

Kilgore CCCU, located in Kilgore, Ohio, was officially received by the West Central District and welcomed as the newest CCCU congregation. Eight ministers received their Council License.

Elected to following West Central District offices were:
